Eli Wallach will always be Guido of “The Misfits” to me. A heart wrenching movie where all the actors do a superb job portraying the anguish of the loser, that sense of not belonging. Needless to say, he will always also be “the Ugly” in Leone’s masterpiece. Eli has turned 98 this last week.
